My wife and I are having issues in our marriage and she has been pushing for Talaak for a while now but I kept refusing. The reason I have been refusing is because since she sent with another man I thought if I give her time she will realise her mistakes and come back to the family, but it doesn’t see it will be the case. Since I never wanted this marriage to break up and my heart doesn’t feel like giving her Talaak because I still love her, I just want to know is it permissible to ask her to give the Talaak on her side if she desperately wants to get out of our marriage.
