Asslamu waliakum,My name is sujith.I was born as an Hindu.But almadulilah now I am a Muslim. I am loving a girl whose name is naseema sultana. she too loves me.The problem is she was married at the age of 14.Right now her age is 23.And my self 22. She had many problems in her personal life.And now as though the one who married her,as been diagonised with stroke. Due to her parents pressure she could not divorce him.And now she feels this is the point to get divorced from him, because her parents support her point of view. And after that we both have planned to get married to each other.
My question is,is this marriage accepted in the rules of Islam..
