Am planing to marry a lady who is from our home town,her wali is also in the same area,we planed with my would be wife to cheat her wali about my location so that he makes our marriage union through without my presence.we told him am in Canada while in Kenya ,if he accepts and ninkah is done will the union be halal islamically.please advice and will gladly follow it.thanks
