I need your help regarding one problem I am having. My Sister in law (Bhabhi) who is also my wife’s younger sister. My brother divorced her and married second women. Therefore, since then she is living in my house with my family because she has nobody to take care her. I want to marry her in order to take care of her. I know it is prohibited in Islam to keep two sisters in nikah at a time but I heard from scholars and net also that if she is widow or divorcee from my brother then it is possible to marry her?
