Salam ive put myself in a bit of a silly situation
Because i was eating too many biscuits i said whilst having some biscuits in my hand and the packet was in the cupboard that i pick a kasam i wont eat these till morning and what i did was after saying that i bit in to the ones in my hands but spat them out as soon as i realised the kasam i took but when i picked the kasam im not sure whether i meant not to eat the ones in my hand alongside the ones in the cupboard.
My question is because i just said kasam and did not take allah s.w.t name with it does it mean kaffarah is needed to be given
