my husband passed away but didn’t put my name on house deeds despite me helping financially to pay for it. Now the house will be sold and divided up between myself daughters and his mum and dad were I would get less than everyone. I know this is Allahs law but feel I’ve been cheated as this was my house I paid into. Because the house was bought in a Muslim country inheritance law is Islamic and I don’t have any proof I paid into this house.
please can you give me some advice
