As salam walikum
my question is
my husband bought a house on joint name me and himself
he bought this house with his own earnings no contribution from my side or myself
he just put my name with him in papers so the house is on my husband name and on my name as well
we have 2 boys
and my mother and husband mother is alive
if i died what will happen
because my husband bought a house with his saving so whole house will be his property ?
or
will it distribute to my heirs
please guide me in light of islam
