Salamu alaykum, I have been getting recent doubts about the inheritance guidelines in the Quran on wether or not it works. So I took an example scenario and I used the Quran guidelines to divide the inheritance. Now I am getting doubts about wether or not I did it correctly. Please, help me and tell me if I divided the inheritance correctly in this example scenario. This doubt is killing me and I just want it to end. The example scenario is this:
A MAN DIES LEAVING BEHIND A WIFE, A MOTHER, A FATHER, A SON AND A DAUGHTER.
Net: 81000.
Wife: She gets 1/8 of the net. (Quran: but if ye leave a child, they get an eighth).
Father: He gets 1/6 of the net. (Quran: For parents, a sixth share of the inheritance to each, if the deceased left children).

Mother: She gets 1/6 of the net. (Quran: For parents, a sixth share of the inheritance to each, if the deceased left children).
Son: Gets a share equal to that of 2 daughters. (Quran: to the male, a portion equal to that of two females).
Daughter: Gets 1 share. (Quran: to the male, a portion equal to that of two females).

Step 1:
– Since we don’t know the exact amount that the son and daughter get, we calculate the wife, father and mother’s shares first, since we already know the exact amount they get.
Wife: (1/8) x 81000 = 10125
Father: (1/6 ) x 81000 = 13500
Mother: (1/6) x 81000 = 13500
Step 2:
– We add up the shares of the wife, father and mother in order to use their total to subtract from the net and use the residual value to calculate the son and daughter’s shares.

10125 (wife) + 13500 (father) + 13500 (mother) = 37125
Step 3:
– We find the residual value (the amount that the daughter and son get) by subtracting the sum of the father, wife, and mother (37125) from the net (81000).
81000 (net) – 37125 (sum of mother, father and wife) = 43875 (residual value)
Step 4:
– We divide the residual value into 3 equal shares (portions), that way we can ensure that the son gets a share equal to exactly that of two daughters (The son gets 2/3 and the daughter gets 1/3).
43875/3 = 14625 (the amount of one of the three equal portions).
Step 5:
– We find the how much the son gets and how much the daughter gets by giving 2 portions (of the three portions) to the son, and we give 1 portion (of the three portions) to the daughter, ensuring that the son gets a share equal to that of 2 daughters.
Son: 2 x 14625 = 29250
Daughter: 1 x 14625 = 14625
Step 6:
– We now know the exact amount that each person (wife, father, mother, son, and daughter) gets, that said, we can demonstrate how each share that we have calculated undoubtedly add up back to the Net (81000), thus proving that the quran is truly from Allah subhanu wa ta’ala, and Allah subhanu wa ta’ala’s words are utterly perfect.
29250 (son) + 14625 (daughter)
+ 10125 (wife) + 13500 (father)
+ 13500 (mother) = 81000 (net)
