I will not stop repeating this: STAY AT HOME AS MUCH AS YOU CAN!
Going to the masjid for communal prayers goes against the goals of the Shariah at this time.
Note: Even the janazahs themselves can't be attended communally 😢!
I ask Allah to forgive him, and all of us. https://t.co/ESbQ0ObyJN

Time for mosques to get creative & maybe reach even more people than usual: use FB live to give morning pep talks & nightly duas to close the day, zoom for hifz programs, open volunteer lines for tutoring, to take & make calls to those lonely & isolated – create community!

It is highly likely if things persist that we might not have tarawīh prayers this Ramadan (not to mention iftars). I cannot even imagine Ramadan w/o tarawih😢
We will be tested in ways we didn’t even imagine. And Allah will help us overcome & pass each test, to come out stronger.— Dr. Yasir Qadhi (@YasirQadhi) March 14, 2020

During these stressful times, all believers should memorize and find comfort in this verse:

Receiving lots of questions about Coronavirus and whether prayers should continue or not in congregation. For now, we are following government guidance. Other orgs like @MuslimCouncil @BBSIOnline @ImamsOnline have been actively provided guidance.
